According to Kant, human beings are not equipped with human ready talents, and humans are lacking. The human comes to the world with raw talents that are not ready. It is left to man to develop his talents. Because nature has brought human beings with only special abilities and bio-psychic nuclei. It is left to the person to form himself, to get rid of his raw talents, to be at the bottom or at the top. According to Kant, education is the achievement of the perfect person. By virtue of the trait of a human being, we will abandon its dominance, otherwise the untrained man is self-sufficient. Because man has the power to realize the wishes of his mind. However, this desire can be created with peace and freedom, based on human rights.
In this work, education-world peace relationship is evaluated today in the context of enlightened education and human rights, and this issue has been dealt with in the context of human being's solid existence structure and philosophical education-world peace as an area of problems affecting the life of individual and social thought.
